There is a level walk by footpath to nearby fields, handy for dog walking, and the local Tesco store for all your shopping needs.
The walk into old Padstow Town, about 8 minutes, gives access to the harbour, shops and the many fine restaurants and pubs and of course the famous Camel Trail for cycling, bird watching or just walking and enjoying the beautiful estuary and countryside views.
Golf courses, beaches and other attractions such as The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the now famous Eden Project are just a short drive away. Lots to do and see!
Two bedrooms, fully equipped to sleep four in comfort Chiffchaff is decorated to a high standard and curtains, throws, cushions, prints and ornaments give a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
Chiffchaff was completed refurbished in May 2009 and is fully serviced by Gas and Electricity.
Dogs welcome by arrangement.
The welcoming Lounge / Dining room contains a large three piece suite, dining table and chairs, TV, Video, radio, games and books. Everything that's needed for the occasional restful evening at home.
The separate Kitchen off the small entrance hall looks out to the front garden (which has table and chairs) and is a delight to see. It is fully equipped for you to cook a light snack or a full meal with breakfast bar, freezer, separate fridge, microwave, electric can opener, iron and ironing board, washing machine / tumble drier and of course a full range of cutlery, crockery, utensils, pots and pans.
The Spacious Double Bedroom has a full width a wardrobe with ample mirrors, bedside tables, hair dryer and linen basket. Supplied are: Duvets, one double, two singles, in both summer and winter weights and pillows. Beds are made up and a travel cot is also available, Towels and linen are available for an additional cost.
The Twin Bedroom sleeps two adults or children and has ample wardrobe and drawer space.
The fully tiled Bathroom is equipped with bath,electric shower, washbasin, toilet and electric razor point.
Chiffchaff is ideally situated for touring all over Cornwall, is within easy walking distance of the nearby and unique Camel Camel where you can bird watch, walk or cycle to Wadebridge, Bodmin and beyond.
Bicycles are available for hire locally. Golfers are well served with Championship Links at Trevose and St. Enerdoc. Walkers can enjoy the spectacular Coastal Path, with its fine views, to Bedruthan Steps.
The golden sands of the Camel Estuary provide an ideal spot for swimming, sailing, water ski-ing and surfing.
There are lots of attractions and activities in the area for all to visit and partake.
Sail, Surf and Skiing - The Camel Estuary has excellent water sports facilities - sailing, surfing, water-skiing, wind & kite surfing are all available locally.
Horse Riding - There are riding stables in the immediate area catering for novices, experienced riders and families.

Golf - There are several outstanding coastal links and parkland courses in the surrounding area. You can even try your hand at Green's Crazy Golf with its great view of the Harbour.
Angling - The local coastal waters offer exciting sport to the sea angler. Whether float fishing or spinning from the rocky headlands, beach casting into the rolling surf or light tackle fishing in the sheltered waters of the Camel estuary there's enough variety for everyone.
The Camel Trail - Cornwall's most popular free attraction, runs from Padstow to Bodmin alongside the river Camel and is a safe and level off-road walking and cycling route. The Camel Trail is an 18 mile traffic free route based on an historic railway track.
The Spectacular Coastal Landscape - High cliffs, rocky coves, golden sands, river estuary,amazing wildlife, thundering surf,endless views - and the SW Coast Path passes right alongside as it wends its way through Padstow on its journey northwards towards Hartland Point and west to Land's End and beyond.
